I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist based in Maryland with my husband & rescue pup. I've seen the harm & frustration that diet culture & our weight-centric healthcare causes in the most compassionate of people. Between my own journey as a plant-based eater & the many clients I've helped find joy through their own journey with food, I've dedicated my services as a dietitian to helping women to ditch dieting and confidently nourish their bodies with respect & flexible plant-based nutrition.
