After 6 weeks, you'll experience food neutrality (re-introduce "off limits" foods), learn how to navigate cravings & emotions around food, & build lasting respect for your body while still honoring your health & wellbeing.

Phase 3: Plant-Based On Your Plate & In the Kitchen
After 9 weeks, you'll be creating balanced plant-based meals & snacks and have actionable tools to feel prepared with meal planning to ensure you're consistently & adequately nourished with plants. By the end of 12 weeks, we'll be having fun in the kitchen discovering new ingredients, flavors, & recipes to keep you satisfied.
